1. Contractual relationship
The booking of rooms will be fixed for both parties with a confirmation by the Hotel Boritzka. The booking of rooms is a tenancy.
The subletting or re-letting of the rooms provided as well as use for other purposes than accommodation requires the prior written approval by the Hotel Boritzka.
If a third party has made a reservation on behalf of the client, such third party and the client shall be jointly liable to the hotel for all obligations arising out of the hotel accommodation contract.
2. Arrival and departure
Booked rooms are available to the client from noon on the agreed day of arrival and until 11 a.m. on the agreed day of departure.
The assignment of the rooms for the client takes place on the day of arrival by the Hotel Boritzka.
Departure after 11a.m. but before 3 p.m. will be charged 50% of the price of the room. Departures after 3 p.m. will be charged the whole price of the room.
Extending a stay at the Hotel Boritzka is only possible after consulting with the reception.
3. Prices
Prices are determined by the pricelist valid at the time of the stay at the Hotel Boritzka. Statutory value-added taxes, if there are any, are included in the price.
If the period of time between conclusion of the contract and stay at the Hotel Boritzka exceeds four months and there is an increase of the statutory value-added taxes, Hotel Boritzka is entitled to charge the increased value-added taxes.
4. Conditions of payment
All bills of the Hotel Boritzka are due for payment immediately. In all cases Hotel Boritzka is entitled to demand advance payment of a reasonable amount from a client.
If the client fails to pay, Hotel Boritzka is entitled to charge default interest.
If the client fails to pay the interest, reminder charges of 5,00 Euros can be demanded for each reminder.
5. Rescission and cancellation
In the case of force majeure or other circumstances for which the Hotel Boritzka is not responsible, the hotel has the right to rescind the contract and is not obliged to provide any compensation to the client.
If the client does not inform the hotel in time that he will not occupy the booked room, he is obliged to pay a bill according to the conditions listed below. The reason for the cancellation is irrelevant.
Following cancellation conditions apply:
- Cancellation of one room within 24 hours before arrival is charged with 90%.
- Cancellation of one room up to 24 hours before arrival (11am) are charged with 70% (if it is not possible to let the room again).
- Cancellation of one room up to one week before arrival is at no charge.
- Cancellation of two or more rooms within 24 hours before arrival is charged with 90%.
- Cancellation of two or more rooms up to 24 hours before arrival (11am) is charged with 80% (if it is not possible to let the rooms again).
- Cancellation of two or more rooms up to one week before arrival is charged with 60% (if it is not possible to let the rooms again).
- Cancellation of two or more rooms up to two weeks before arrival (11am) is charged with 50% (if it is not possible to let the rooms again).
- Cancellation of two or more rooms up to three weeks before arrival is at no charge.
